Demofiles is the 1st filestream file on which the failure is seen after another filestream file called 'Deofiles2' is created in the setup.

This Issue is fixed in Backup Exec 22
 

Workaround while the Issue is being investigated

Step 1. Backup the SQL Databases with multiple filestreams from the SQL application
Step 2. Then Backup the Database dump from step 1 with Backup Exec
