Cause
Corrupt baseline version of a backed up file.
The Baseline of a file can become corrupt for several reasons including, Hard Disk errors or Virus Scanner scanning files stored on the Network User Data Folder (NUDF).
Resolution
To resolve this issue the files and all revisions of the files that are showing the error need to be deleted from within the DLO Admin Console Restore view so that they can be backed up again.
