The Logging is default sent to the event viewer.
The OCSD log file is located in the BE Install Path\OCSD_Storage folder.
This issue is fixed in Backup Exec 22.1
Workaround:
If Backups are working fine, then the events in the event viewer can be ignored. Refer 100052031 if any job failures are seen due to network.
