Final Error: 0xe00003d3 - Backup Exec cannot enumerate the objects from the SharePoint database.
Debug of the Sharepoint Web server shows the following details in the SPSWrapper log:

Cause
Because of the configuration of the SharePoint environment where host-named site collection is configured with no leading forward slash '/' in the name the granular items are not properly found and exported from the content database backup.
Resolution
A hotfix is now available for this issue in the current version(s) of the product(s) mentioned. Refer to the Hotfix link under Related Articles to obtain the hotfix needed to resolve the issue.
This issue is resolved in Backup Exec 21.4
