This issue may occur when SAN or HotAdd mode is used in the backups. Full backups may work normaly but during incremental backups the vddk query "VixDiskLib_QueryAllocatedBlocks" fails due to NFC errors if TCP port 902 is blocked by Firewall

Backup server will need the ability to connect to port 902. Open the connections to this port.
