Cause

This issue is caused if the System Logon Account is not correctly set or updated with correct password.

Resolution

Please try the following steps.

1. Check if the System Logon account is created. If the account exists then edit it and update the password. Attempt the validate job again and confirm the results.

2. Check to ensure the Credentials are set for the Backup Exec Server Container on the Backup\Restore tab.  Confirm if the credential is set and does not appear empty\blank.
