Workaround

1. Disable Client-side Deduplication setting from Cloud Deduplication Storage
2. Restart the Backup Exec Services
3. Run the exchange GRT restore whose backup set has spanned to more than one media and it should restore successfully.



This issue is currently under investigation by Veritas Technologies LLC. Pending the outcome of the investigation, this issue may be resolved by way of a patch or hotfix in current or future revisions of the software.
