Error Message

No Events are generated as the VSR Console launches automatically.

The issue is due to the TrayRunConsole value being set to 1 in the Settings.ini file.

To solve the issue and to make sure that the VSR Console does not launch automatically, perform the following steps.

1. Launch File Explorer and navigate to C:\ProgramData\Veritas\Veritas System Recovery and open Settings.ini file.

2. Change the value of TrayRunConsole from 1 to 0 and save the changes.

3. Sign out from the Server and Sign in. --> Restart the Veritas System Recovery Service

4. The Veritas System Recovery Console will not launch automatically after making the change in Settings.ini file.
