问题

此错误发生在推送或者静默（命令行）安装Remote Agent for Windows Server(RAWS)时。

错误信息

v-225-198 您必须重启此系统以完成远程代理的先前安装，重启之后再次运行安装程序。

原因

即使在重启远程计算机后，再次尝试使用静默（命令行）安装Remote Agent for Windows（RAWS）的时候还是会报此错误。

解决方法

要解决此问题：

1.确保远程计算机已重启。

2.确认远程计算机上TCP10000 端口没有被其他应用程序占用。

警告：错误的使用windows注册表编辑器可能会组织weindows操作系统正常运行。更改windows注册表时应格外小心。注册表修改只能由在使用注册表编辑器应用程序方面有经验的人员进行。建议在进行任何注册表更改之前对注册表进行完整备份。

3.如果以前安装的RAWS可能仍在远程计算机上，请检查该机器上的注册表，删除以下项，重新启动，然后再次运行安装。

HKEY_Local_Machine\SOFTWARE\Classes\SOFTWARE\Veritas\Reboot

4.确保控制台在远程计算机上没有锁定/阻止，并且防火墙没有阻止推送安装。如果是，静默（命令行）安装可能是解决此问题的唯一方法。查看下面更多文档部分中的文章以获取更多信息。

注意：当使用静默安装时，使用的是命令SETUPAA.CMD，而不是SETUP.EXE。
