Cause
DLO setup checks for DLO SQL instance version compatibility during upgrade process. If SQL version is lower than the minimum support version then above mentioned error message is displayed.
Resolution
Check the version of existing DLO SQL instance. Update/install SQL patches if SQL version is lower than minimum supported SQL version.
