V-79-57344-38721 - Failed to mount one or more virtual disk images:

V-79-57344-38366 - VDDK-Warn: VixDiskLib: VixDiskLibIsLegacyConnParams: the instance of VixDiskLibConnectParams is NOT allocated by VixDiskLib_AllocateConnectParams. The new features in 6.7 or later are not supported.

VDDK-Warn: ERROR: Vmount library: Error 2 while opening VSTOR2 driver's control device. 

Backup Exec 服务器上VSTOR2 驱动不可用或者没有启动

1，检查路径 C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\vstor2-mntapi-shared.sys是否存在。Where  is 10 or 20。

2，运行MSinfo32,查看  Software Environment | System Drivers Vstor2-MintApi-Shared 是否为运行状态：

3，如果发现有驱动而没有运行，尝试命令启动：

net start vstor2-mntapi10-shared
- or -
net start vstor2-mntapi20-shared

4，如果驱动不存在，重装驱动，
浏览到 Backup Exec软件的安装目录，找到\VMware\VixDiskLib\bin\AMD64文件夹，右键点击vstor2.inf文件，然后点击安装。如图：

5，重新运行开启GRT的计划任务，确认备份结果成功无异常。
