Oracle backup fails the error message:

Final error: 0xe0009b86 - Backup Exec cannot connect to the remote computer because a trust was not established between that computer and the Backup Exec 
server.
From the list of servers in the Backup Exec administration console, right-click the remote computer and then click Establish Trust.
Final error category: Security Errors

Cause

This issue is seen under the following conditions:

1. The Backup Exec Agent for Windows has been upgraded from one version to another on the Oracle server.
2. The Oracle database services are running with an account other than the Windows Built-in account. 

The Oracle Service Account does not have permissions Backup Exec agent installation path (default path: C:\Program Files\Veritas\Backup Exec\RAWS\Data)

Resolution

Rerun the Backup Exec Agent utility on the Oracle, make a small update and save. This will re-add the Oracle account back to the BE folder and backups should 
run successfully.
