Error Message

LockdownServer Logs show the following error -

Error in the spad Log -

25000: CreateTreeLoggingOptionalA: could not create directory
25003: History::open: cannot open history file D:\BackupExecDeduplicationStorageFolder\history/pathobject/2021-03-30 (access denied)
26016: History Manager: OpenHistory failure.
25008: SpaDB::CTable::safe_save: failed to create record file D:\BackupExecDeduplicationStorageFolder\databases\spa\database\eventproperties\1.tmp (Access is denied. )
25020: Error occur when saving record!
25004: EventSystem::SpaDBEventStorage::getNewID Failed to set the max event id in the eventproperties table

The Issuer of the certificate could not be found.

Install the root certificate (VeriSign Universal Root Certification Authority) on the server and then start the Deduplication Manager.

Double click and open VeriSign Universal Root Certification Authority Certificate and click Install Certificate...
