Error "Communication with the server timed out on the call 'GetFileImageReportJobRun'."

Issue is seen on setups where McAfee AMSI (Antimalware Scan Interface) feature is configured:

Exclude all the Backup Exec related processes from Mcafee AMSI as described in following Mcafee article(s):

Mcafee  Exclude items from AMSI scanning

Mcafee Configure Adaptive Threat Protection on a client system

(Veritas Backup Exec Process names and paths documented in article 100046324.

List of Anti-virus exclusions to configure for Backup Exec (100046324).

Starting Backup Exec 21.3, Backup Exec 21.3 now provides ability to exclude any AMSI scanning applications.

Post upgrading Backup Exec to version 21.3 or higher , please contact Veritas Technical Support to configure exclusion for any such 3rd party AMSI scanning applications.
