Description
Error Message
Unable to load profile table from database / Unable to load User table from database'

Cause
Folder Permissions, necessary to run the installed Agent, are not in place.
Resolution
Open the Properties of the .Applications folder.

Check and ensure the folder has system, staff (or the user Group that is needed to access) and everyone configured with 'Read & Write' Privilege, not just 'Read'.

After applying those privileges, the DLO MAC Agent console should now open successfully.
Note: The DLO folders are hidden and the first step that can be done is to un-hide the folders to make it easier to get to the MAC DLO Agent log files.
- Click on Terminal and run the following command to turn off hidden files and folders.
defaults write com.apple.Finder AppleShowAllFiles YES

After running this command all hidden files and folders will be visible.
- On Finder menu, click on Go then Go to Folder.

Since hidden files and folders should now be visible, browse to the /Users/UserName/ .Applications folder.
The folder Permissions could be locked and unable to change so that will have to be unlocked using an Admin Account.
Issue/Introduction
The Desktop and Laptop Option (DLO) MAC Agent will not run, following a successful install.
The Agent will display the error 'Unable to load profile table from database / Unable to load User table from database'
