Cause
是因为安装了failover clustering组件，并没有启动导致的安装SQL 2014 SP3补丁失败。
Resolution
1，打开Server manger，然后选择Remove Roles and Features
2，浏览到Features，找到Failover Clustering。
3，取消Failover Clustering组件。
4，再次运行Backup Exec 21升级安装程序，安装成功。
