Cause
All media is mounted when restoring a file that includes "[" character in a filename like test[1].pdf or [test].txt.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved by Backup Exec 21.3.
Workaround
Avoid to use "[" character in the filename, and back up again.
NOTE:
This issue never happens even if any other characters like "(" or "{" are included in the filenames.
