Could not enable DNS. Unable to notify DNS service.

Cause
DNS client does not start.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved on System Recovery 21.3.
Workaround:
1. Press "Cancel" in "Network Adapter Configuration" screen.
2. Click [Analyze] [Open Command Shell Window].
3. Run a command "net start DNS Client".
4. After the command completes, configure DNS IP addresses in "Network Adapter Configuration" screen again.
