Cause
During the Push installation of the DLO Agent, 32-bit DLO agent is installed instead of 64-bit due to the old registry keys of Outlook (32-bit) present, even if current Outlook installation is 64-bit.
Registry Path: HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Office
Hence during Push installation of the DLO Agent, 32-bit DLO Agent is installed instead of 64-bit.
Resolution
1. Check if the bitness of Outlook and DLO agent matches, detailed steps mentioned in article: DLO: Troubleshooting PST backup issues
2. Manually Install the DLO Agent in Client machine by running the setup.exe file from "\\DLOServer\DLOAgent" folder path and confirm if Outlook and DLO agent bitness matches.
3. Re-launch DLO agent.
