Cause
Records in the DLO DBs are stored in a default US format (mm/dd/yyyy). That date string is used as part of the path to Dedupe data being read to generate the reports, but due to the System Input Locale configured to use a different Date Format (i.e. yyyy-mm-dd), the path may be misinterpreted and generates an error when running the reports.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in the DLO 9.4 release.
