Error Message

'Pending Network' or 'Pending Local' status.

Resolution

1. Check if storage limit is configured appropriately for the Network and Desktop User Data Folders (NUDF/DUDF) in DLO profile

2. Verify there is enough disk space on DLO machine and NUDF storage location.

3. Check network connectivity between the DLO Agent and DLO Server/Network User Data Folder (NUDF).

4. Check the connection status of DLO agent in the lower right corner:

Click Work Offline to place the Desktop Agent in offline mode.

Click Work online to place the Desktop Agent in online mode again.

4. If the dedupe option is checked in profile:

• Verify that 'Mind tree Store Smart Dedupe Server Service' is running.

• Verify that Dedupe Server is ‘Active’. Enter the following URL in the browser on the DLO agent machine to verify Dedupe server connectivity:

https://DedupeServerHostName:8443 OR
http://DedupeServerHostName:8080

• Confirm if the password for the dedupe user account has been changed or expired. If yes, update the password by enabling Maintenance window for dedupe server. (Dedupe user account is the one used to add the Dedupe Storage Location (DSL)).

• Ensure that Dedupe Server is not in the Maintenance mode.

• Login to the problematic client machine with dedupe user account and confirm that dedupe storage location (DSL) is accessible.
