Cause
BFST which is a component of quantum faults and it leads to a crash of pvlsvr process. The crash is observed with OST Plugin version 10.0.2
Resolution
Install the latest available OST Plugin from Quantum. Contact Quantum Support if it does not fix the crash Issue.
Workaround :
Identify the frequency of the crash and restart the BE services manually to avoid the crash.
