Description:
Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs consumed the most virtual memory: beremote.exe (10888) consumed 50359435264 bytes, sqlservr.exe (5172)  consumed 45780426752 bytes, and ReportingServicesService.exe (24588) consumed 631410688 bytes.

 

Resolution

The Issue is fixed in BE 21 Update 1.

 

Workaround:

Restart Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows service regularly.
