1) Exclude the following processes (if they are exist on the system) for the relevant servers from the anti-virus installed on the DLO server (or Deduplication/Edge server):

X:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas DLO\DLOAdminSvcu.exe

X:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas DLO\IOServer\Tomcat\bin\tomcat8.exe
 
 
2) Exclude the following folders and subfolders from the anti-virus installed on the DLO server:
 
X:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache24
X:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas DLO 

3) Exclude the NUDF/Deduplication Storage from the anti-virus On Access scan installed on the DLO/Deduplication server.

4) Exclude the following folders and sub-folders from the anti-virus On Access scan of the DLO client machines:

X:\Program Files (x86)\Veritas\Veritas DLO
X:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas DLO
