Error

This Veritas System Recovery product version is up-to-date. There are no Service Pack updates available.

Cause

Veritas Update is available only when updating Service Pack in the same version.

Resolution

Download System Recovery 21 installer from https://supportbackupexec.cloud.com/wolken-support/file_structure , and upgrade to System Recovery 21.

 

Issue/Introduction

Veritas Update is unavailable when upgrading from System Recovery 16 or18 to 21. Even if running Veritas Update on System Recovery 16 or 18, System Recovery 21 is not displayed.
