How to map a single VEMS user account with multiple Customer Accounts

1.      Log in to https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US. Click on sign in.

2.      Enter the credentials. Click on sign in and  Select ‘Licensing’

3.      You will be redirected to the ‘VEMS’ page.

4.      Click on ‘Accounts’. Click on the account number.

5.      The entitlements for the respective account number will be displayed. Click on the settings icon.

6.      Click on ‘+Add User’.

7.      Enter First Name, Last Name and Email Address of the user which needs to added. Select ‘Generate License Key’. Click on ‘Save’.

Note: The user needs to be an existing user of VAM-Veritas account manager.

8.      The user is added successfully.
