Attempt to connect to the server failed with the following error: Access Denied

Cause

During push install communication between the DLO Admin Server and the DLO Client is made using the following ports, 135, 1037, 441,1125 as well as using at least one Dynamic port (49152-65535).

Resolution

For push installation to succeed, the following ports need to be open between the DLO Admin Server and the clients (135, 1037, 441,1125 as well as the Dynamic port range 49152 - 65535).

 

Issue/Introduction

While trying to push install the DLO Agent from the DLO Admin Console, the communication is made using several ports and if they are not open push install will fail.
