Workaround :

Perform either 1 or 2.

1. Please change the ReFS volume size to 2048 GB or less.

2. If you cannot change the ReFS volume size, please back up the ReFS volume which is installed on Windows OS.  

NOTE: Data backed up from the ReFS volume that has more than 2 TB data on Windows OS, the restore will complete successfully from SRD without hanging.

This issue is currently under investigation by Veritas.
