No error message however restore performed within the same storage location local to the users are faster.
Cause
When restoring files from the DLO Admin Server that are connecting to a Storage Location across the WAN, the restore will copy the files across the WAN to the DLO Admin Server before copying them back across the WAN to the client.
NOTE: Restore or Copy operation from windows behaves the same way and it is not specific to DLO.
Resolution
Install a Remote DLO Admin Console on the Storage Location server that is local to the users. Perform the restore from this Remote DLO Admin Console will be faster as the files will not have to travel across the WAN to the Main DLO Admin Server.
Issue/Introduction
Restore from the DLO Admin Server is slow for users that are backing up to a remote storage location.
