Description
Error Message
None. The service will stop in the background, but will not generate a crash dump file, as the memory has been fully used
Cause
The amount of backup data being stored by the User or Computers, is large and the server is unable to allocate enough memory to read that data, before exhausting the system resources.
Resolution
Either;
- If possible, increase the system RAM of the server or
- Increase the System Paging File size, to see if that provides additional 'working space' to process the data. That may not work first time and may require the Paging File to be increased further, in incremental steps.
Issue/Introduction
Attempting to delete Users or Computers in the DLO Administration Console can see the memory usage for the server increase until all free memory is used. A crash of the DLO Administration Service then occurs.
