Resolution
This issue has been resolved in Veritas System Recovery 21.3. Please upgrade to Veritas System Recovery 21.3, and create the new SRD again, and boot from the SRD.
Workaround:
Please restore your recovery point files to Hyper-V Virtual Machine or VMware Virtual Machine again after unchecking Restore Anyware Option. (See Figure 3)
