Issue/Introduction

DLO Alert emails are not being sent to users with long email addresses. DLO uses the email address in Active Directory to send emails to end users for the various Alerts when selected. Confirm that the user is configured to receive emails by right clicking on the User in the Settings section of the DLO Admin Console and select "Enable Notifications".
Configure the Alerts and ensure that the "Notify relevant end users" box is checked, if the alert is triggered the end user should receive an email, but users with long email addresses are not receiving them.
