Failed to load configuration settings

Cause

This error is generally caused if the Server Name, Database Name, Database instance or Database Server is not correct in the UACConfig.ini file on the DLO Agent.
 

Resolution

Perform the following solutions to either resolve or diagnose the cause of the issue:

  • Open File Explorer
  • Locate: C:\Program Files (x86)\Veritas\Veritas DLO\DLO\UACConfig.ini
  • Open the UACConfig.ini file with Notepad
  • Verify the following entries are correct:

DefaultMediaServer 
DBInstance
DBName
DBServer

  • Verify the values in following registry keys are updated correctly :
