Error Message
Redirected restore of a VHDX file from a Resilient Change Tracking (RCT) enabled backup completes successfully without restoring any data.
Cause
This may occur if RCT option is enabled for backup.
Resolution
This Issue is fixed in Backup Exec 21, upgrade Backup Exec to version 21.
Steps to download the Backup Exec Licenses and Installation Files within VEMS
Workaround:
- Select the Entire Virtual Machine in the restore selections.
- Then deselect other VHDX's leaving only the one selected that needs to be restored.
