“Error reading source file. Restore failed due to outlook not installed on this machine. MAPI Initialization failed.”

The Microsoft Outlook client is not installed on target computer.

To restore a PST file that was backed up using the "Enable message level incremental backups of Outlook PST files" option the appropriate 32-bit or 64-bit Outlook client version has to be installed on the computer where you want to restore the PST files.

This means that if a redirected restore of the PST file is being done to the DLO Admin Server the Outlook client has to be installed on the server.
