Cause

This is a Visual C++ 2013 v12.0.30501 package issue and a known issue as below. Not only System Recovery but also software that installs Visual C++ 2013 v12.0.30501 package will remove Visual C++ 2013 v12.0.21005 package as well.

When you install an updated Visual C++ 2013 redistributable package, binaries for non-target architectures are removed
 

Resolution

Install Visual C++ 2013 x86 package again.

This issue has been resolved on System Recovery 22.

Issue/Introduction

Visual C++ 2013 x86 redistributable package may be removed after installing System Recovery 18 SP2 or later.

System Recovery 18 SP2 or later installs Visual C++ 2013 x64 v12.0.30501 package. The installer of Visual C++ 2013 x64 v12.0.30501 package automatically removes Visual C++ 2013 x86 v12.0.21005 package with no message if Visual C++ 2013 x86 v12.0.21005 package is installed on the system.
