Veritas License Certificates are PDF files contain various pieces of information about your purchase, including:
Employees of the end-user company may request reprints of their certificates from Veritas should they be needed for record keeping purposes, providing proof of purchase for a renewal, etc. Employees of the ship-to, sold-to, and bill-to companies for a particular order may also request reprints on behalf of the end-user. If a third-party is requesting a certificate reprint on behalf of the end-user, but has no existing relationship with the end-user (such as a new reseller needing proof of purchase to place a renewal order), the request will be routed to the customer's VEMS administrator.
Certificate reprints can be requested by via VEMS in the Self-service Tools tab. Depending on the email domain you log in with, you will either be able to obtain a reprint directly in VEMS, or your request will be routed to the organization's VEMS administrator.
If you log in with an email address that matches an existing end-user contact for that order, or already have access to the pertinent account number in VEMS, a license certificate reprint will be delivered via email. For other requests, your request will be routed to your organization's VEMS administrator.
