Description

If Veritas System Recovery is running on a non-administrator Windows account with full control privileges, ensure that the Business OneDrive sync location is accessible and Business OneDrive application is running on this non-admin user account.

  • If the Business OneDrive application is available in C drive - Ensure that the Business OneDrive application is running or syncing to cloud location does not work even though the Veritas System Recovery sends data successfully to the Business OneDrive sync location.
  • If the Business OneDrive configured in the C drive - Ensure that the non-administrator account user has write permissions to the Business OneDrive destination sync location or the existing Veritas System Recovery backup jobs to Business OneDrive destination fail.

For a non-administrator account, you only have read-only permission for the C drive.
