Resolution

System Recovery can restore from GPT partition to MBR partition (data volume only).

If it is C drive (System drive), Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE), or System Reserved Partition, System Recovery does not support restoring recovery points from MBR partition to GPT partition.

NOTE: MBR has a limitation of the volume size (2TB) and System Recovery cannot restore recovery points from GPT partition that has more than 2TB to MBR partition.
