In the Backup Exec selection list, the following message shows:
Browse Failure: Failure to browse 'Oracle Database "12C_ORACLE_DATABASE_NAME" (Unavailable)
Cause
The Backup Exec Agent for Oracle on either Windows or Linux Servers does not support Oracle databases of different Oracle instance versions installed on the same remote Oracle server.
Resolution
Since the scenario is not supported, the suggested solution consists in installing different Oracle versions on separate Oracle servers.
