Error Message
'The server was unable to complete the requested operation.
Unable to connect to the CloudStorage device. Ensure that the network is properly configured between the device and the Backup Exec server.
BEMSDK Failure Code: E0009B3F'
Cause
Backup Exec (BE) does not support the configuration of Cloud Storage with Microsoft Azure and other supported Cloud Providers. BE only supports this configuration with Amazon S3 Cloud.
Resolution
Workaround:
1. Disable Proxy Settings on the Backup Exec server to have direct internet connection
2. Configure Cloud Storage for Microsoft Azure and other supported Cloud Providers.
