"Backup Exec server cannot authorize the Backup Exec for Remote Agent running on this computer."
The BEDRWIZ log shows:
Error: Failed to open an RPC DSSS connection to the BE server: Error code: 0xe000fe30 CBedrwizPropSheets::IsRawsAuthenticated() - Exit RemoteIDRPreRestore() - Cannot authenticate RAWS. IsRawsAuthenticated() failed to establish trusted connection with the BE server:
Cause
The SDR Remote system Date and Time needs to be in sync with the Backup Exec Server.
Resolution
Boot the SDR Remote Agent into the BIOS and set the date and time to match the Backup Exec Server and then boot off the SDR ISO and re-run the SDR Wizard.
NOTE: In some cases even after setting the time in the BIOS the error still occurs and the logs from the Backup Exec Server and the SDR Machine are still not in Sync.
