When applying Service Pack 1 that is downloaded from the below URL or when applying Service Pack 1 via Veritas Update, Startup type for "Veritas System Recovery" service is changed from Automatic to Manual.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved by Veritas System Recovery 18 Service Pack 3.
