Cause
The Agent for Windows is required to backup the servers
Resolution
Install the Backup Exec Agent for Windows on the problem machines.
Or
"Discover Data to Back Up" check can be disabled using following steps :
Go to Backup Exec Settings --> Discover Data to Back Up and un-check "Discover servers that have data that has not been backed up"
