Database backup fails with error:
V-79-57344-913 - Backup Exec cannot find a copy of the Exchange database. Check your backup selections and ensure that a healthy database copy exists on the server, and then run the job again.

The 'whoami.exe' file is quarantined by Sophos Anti-virus program.
Move the quarantined file 'whoami.exe' back to the original location.
Restart the Backup Remote Agent Service on the Exchange server and run the backup again.
Our DAG backups are failing and when we try browsing the databases to create a new job, the following message appears: Failure to browse "database name". Backup Exec could not back up the Exchange database because it could not find a health copy of the database. According to our exchange environment, our databases are showing healthy. Both exchange servers are Windows Server 2008 R2. Exchange 2013.
