HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{30B3A8F7-D9EE-4DA7-B92E-DFE5B497E23C}\InprocServer32\x.x.x.xFor instance, when the file version of CRF.dll is 16.0.264.0 andthe registry key is not "16.0.264.0" but"16.0.265.0", Backup Exec server service fails to start with "An internal error (10) occurred in object 13". This issue tends to happen when installing Backup Exec base version after uninstalling the latest Backup Exec version or Feature Pack.Solution1. Run Regedit.exe.2. Back upHKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{30B3A8F7-D9EE-4DA7-B92E-DFE5B497E23C}\InprocServer32\.3.Remove the registry key that has a different value from the file version of "C:\Program Files\Backup Exec\crf.dll".
