This issue tends to happen when installing Backup Exec base version after uninstalling the latest Backup Exec version or Feature Pack.Solution1. Run Regedit.exe.2. Back upHKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{30B3A8F7-D9EE-4DA7-B92E-DFE5B497E23C}\InprocServer32\.3.Remove the registry key that has a different value from the file version of "C:\Program Files\Backup Exec\crf.dll". 4. Start all Backup Exec services.
