This issue occurs due to a conflict between configurations for a selection method.
Resolution
Dedicate storage devices for the storage device pool which configured a selection method.
Recommended scenario example:
Name: Any disk storage (System-defined storage device pool)
Member Device:

Disk Storage 0003
Disk Storage 0004
Selection Method: Default
Name: Storage Pool 0001 (User-defined storage device pool)
Member Device:
Disk Storage 0001
Disk Storage 0002
Selection Method: Least Free Space First
Name: Storage Pool 0002 (User-defined storage device pool)
Member Device:
Disk Storage 0003
Disk Storage 0004
Selection Method: Most Free Space First
Backup Job A - Storage device pool Storage Pool 0001 is selected.
