Workaround:
Please re-configure C drive that has the default cluster size of 4KB.

Generally a volume that has cluster size of 8KB or 16KB  is created when the volume size is more than 16TB.

This issue is currently under investigation by Backup Exec. Pending the outcome of the investigation, this issue may be resolved by way of a patch or hotfix in current or future revisions of the software. A recovery point file may be generated with an invalid size when backing up C drive, that has cluster size of 8KB or 16KB on 4K native disk. Recovery point browser fails to mount the recovery point file. (See Figure 1)
