V-225-320 : ERROR : Failed to execute VX14.0 runtime installer. Error Code 5.
Cause
This error occurs because patch Microsoft Hotfix KB2999226 has not been installed. This patch is required for the VC14.0 runtime to be installed with Backup Exec.
Resolution
