This issue is reported on Windows 10 64bit RTM (Build 1507).

1. Run Windows Update and apply the latest updates.

2. Upgrade VSR to version VSR 21 or above: Step By Step guide to download and install Veritas System Recovery

3. Run 'Recovery Disk Creation Wizard' with option "Run as different user" - using domain admin account.

4. Run SRD creation wizard on the other machines that have OS version except Windows 10 64bit RTM (Build 1507).

5. Run SRD creation wizard with Advanced mode after applying ADK 10 (Build 1507).
